Bring your people along
Want game updates in Discord? Here are your two options.
GGPN gives you two ways to hear about games in Discord: watch a particular upcoming game with Notify me, or add GGPN Bot’s new-release announcements to your server. Personal watches and server settings are separate.
Try it on GGPN
- For one upcoming game, open its GGPN page and choose Notify me; connect Discord if prompted.
- For a server-wide discovery feed, add GGPN Bot and run /new. This is separate from your watched games.
- Manage personal watches in Profile, and change channel preferences by running /new again.
Watch a game for yourself
- Open an upcoming game and choose Notify me. Connect Discord if prompted.
- Open Profile to see Upcoming games and Ready now, and remove anything you no longer want to watch.
- Use the Join our server link if you want Discord delivery, and check that your privacy settings allow messages. Delivery can also depend on the game’s content eligibility.
Set up a new-games channel
Add GGPN Bot to a server you manage, run /new and pick a channel. It checks posting permissions during setup. Use the toggles to choose Free only, co-op/multiplayer only, or both; toggles save as you change them.
Co-op/multiplayer only includes competitive multiplayer too. It is not a co-op-only or cross-play filter. Run /new again to change the channel or settings rather than relying on an old setup message.
Know what will—and will not—arrive
Server announcements draw from New releases, not every older game we discover. GGPN sends at most one matching announcement per hour; quiet periods may include an older eligible pick from New releases. It is not a complete release calendar.
Discord delivery excludes mature content, horror, violence and games with unconfirmed content ratings. A game being on the website does not guarantee an alert. Personal ready-to-play updates do not promise admission to a limited test; check Profile and the official game page if you are unsure.
