Find something to play
Can we play together on different platforms?
GGPN helps you find games by platform and takes you to their official pages. It does not confirm cross-play: use those links to check whether your exact devices and versions can share a lobby.
Try it on GGPN
- Use GGPN’s Platform and Play with filters to make a shortlist, then press Show games.
- Open each game page to see the platforms, modes and official routes that are listed.
- Use Open official to confirm your exact platform combination. GGPN does not currently match everyone’s devices or libraries for you.
Match the versions, not just the title
Write down the console generation or PC store each person uses. A mobile version, older console edition or separate demo may work differently from the main release. Even two PC copies can have different multiplayer arrangements.
Ask these four questions
- Does the official page explicitly support cross-play between our platforms?
- Is our chosen mode online co-op, local shared-screen play, or competitive multiplayer?
- Do we need extra accounts, an online subscription or a particular edition?
- Can we invite friends directly, and does the demo support that too?
Cross-save is a different thing
Moving your progress between devices is not the same as playing with friends on those devices. Neither a cross-save claim nor a multiplayer tag answers the cross-play question.
GG Play Now’s platform and mode labels help narrow the search. They are not a compatibility checker for your group. If the official information is unclear, choose a game you can confirm rather than asking everyone to buy it and hope.
